* Minimum 1 year of experience in branch management and total experience of atleast 5 years in Equity Markets and / or distribution of Insurance & Mutual Funds.

* Successful in maintaining relationships.

* Minimum qualification - Graduate.

* Capable of acquiring clients and managing a team under him / her.
